Ros Holland – Chief Executive
Ros joined the Boaz Trust in 2008 as Office Manager. As Boaz grew, she worked as a Case Worker and then as Senior Case Worker, managing our support services. She moved into the role of Chief Executive in 2013.
Katie Lifford – Head of Support Services
Katie joined the Boaz team in 2014, initially as a Case Worker supporting sanctuary-seeking women. Katie looks after the strategic development and delivery of our holistic and practical support service for people who live in Boaz accommodation. Before joining the Boaz team, Katie was one of our regular volunteers.
Rob Clarke - Head Of Operations
Rob joined the Boaz team in 2021 as Head of Operations. This is a new role for the organisation and Rob has oversight of our housing, finance, HR and office management work, as well as our work with volunteers.
Louise Craighan - Administrator / PA
Louise joined Boaz in October 2021. Louise works full-time providing much needed support across several areas of our organisation, and works closely with our chief executive, leadership team and trustees.
Phil Barker – Housing Officer
Phil manages our shared houses for sanctuary seekers and refugees. He works closely with our house owners, including individual supporters, Arawak Walton and Green Pastures, to ensure that our accommodation meets all the appropriate standards and that everything is in good working order.
Amy Merone - Advocacy and Communications Manager
Amy joined the Boaz team in 2020, initially as a Support Worker. She now manages Boaz's advocacy and communications work. For all media enquiries, email Amy: [email protected].
Tsega Abreha – Refugee Support Worker
Tsega works closely with people with refugee status, making sure that they have access to all the support, information and resources they need to thrive and flourish here in the UK.
Rich Jones - Lead Support Worker
Rich works to provide tailored one-to-one support to people seeking sanctuary who live in Boaz Trust accommodation. Rich offers both practical and emotional support to the people he works with, and ensures that they feel safe and comfortable in their accommodation.
Michael Weldeslassie – Lead Refugee Support Worker
Michael continues to develop our growing package of refugee support work, as well as working alongside people with refugee status living in Boaz accommodation, ensuring that they have access to all the support, information and resources they need to thrive and flourish here in the UK.
Vron Earp – Lead Support Worker
Vron provides practical and emotional support to people who are not currently accommodated by Boaz through floating support as part of the Restricted Eligibility Support Service (RESS). Vron volunteered at one of our night shelter venues for ten years prior to joining the team.
David Geraghty - Support Worker
David works alongside Vron and Hassan to deliver floating support through RESS (Restricted Eligibility Support Service), offering practical and emotional support to people who are not currently accommodated in Boaz housing. David joined the team in December 2022.
Hassan Mohammed - Support Worker
Hassan joined the team in August 2024 and works with Vron and David to support people facing homelessness because of their immigration status as part of RESS.
Heather Woodward - Fundraising Officer (Trusts & Foundations)
Heather joined the team in March 2023 as our Fundraising Officer. She has a particular focus on researching and submitting applications to trusts and foundations who could potentially support our work.
Kerry Wigglesworth - Communications Officer
Kerry joined the team in January 2023 as our Communications Officer. She oversees our digital communications (email, social media and website), as well as writing and designing content for print.
Elaine Eland - Lead Support Worker
Elaine leads our Refugee Homelessness Prevention Project (RHPP), supporting individuals who have recently received refugee status to find suitable housing.
