The BOAZ post-Christmas DETOX & DIET
With Christmas over, its now the time to plan your ‘post-Christmas DETOX and New Year DIET’!*
Why not consider the BOAZ DETOX ENDURANCE CHALLENGE* - after all the season’s festivities are over, live on a Red Cross Food Parcel for a week and experience what it is like for destitute asylum seekers.
Along with ending that Christmas binge…
- You will start the New Year by being brought down to earth and will live like many destitute asylum seekers live for 52 weeks of the year.
- Not only will it raise your awareness but it will raise the awareness of family and others around you. Perhaps you could encourage others to join with you.
- You could donate your normal weekly food budget to BOAZ to assist us in our work.
- You could organise your friends and colleagues to sponsor you.
- You could journal/blog your experience which could be posted on the BOAZ website (many of us did this during Lent 2008 and the blogs can be found on this web site).
