Help us rebuild lives this Christmas

“I have come that they may have life and have it to the full” John 10v10

‘Life in limbo’ rather than ‘life in all its fullness’ is perhaps more accurate when describing the lives of destitute asylum seekers. With no recourse to public funds, no housing provision, and no right to work, it’s not surprising many become homeless.

At Boaz we want to see dignity restored and ‘life in its fullness’ for our asylum seeker and refugee clients. To this end we provide safe accommodation, legal advice, practical and pastoral support, social events, classes, volunteering and mentoring schemes.  Last year Boaz supported 154 asylum seekers and refugees, and every month we saw clients move on stronger, more resilient and confident about their futures.

Boaz’s work is only possible with your support. Why not cut back on spending this Christmas and give the difference to help Boaz accommodate asylum seekers? Or consider matching the cost of your Christmas dinner with a donation towards food parcels for Boaz clients? Could you donate the cost of sending Christmas cards and send a Christmas greeting via email instead?

Join us in empowering asylum seekers and refugees to rebuild their lives and discover life in all its fullness.
